SAP Controlling (
CO) is a module in the SAP ERP system that helps businesses manage and optimize their core operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Gathering requirements in the CO area, recommending solutions, blueprinting, realization, and support.
* Regularly interacting with Finance management
* Being an integral member of the 1ERP Team
* Share SAP support responsibilities with fellow SAP Analysts.
* Provide primary support for the CO module in SAP. Support involves fielding questions, troubleshooting issues, and executing solutions.
* Develop, design, test, and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of the business process improvement and optimization initiatives.
* Handle reporting requests by analyzing the requirements, preparing functional specifications, working with developers and testing new reports and changes.
* Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of new companies.
* Work with the SAP security team on resolving authorization issues and provide recommendations on optimal security setup for ongoing projects requirements.
* Work with other SAP Team analysts on cross functional projects.
* Able to support after hours maintenance and upgrades on critical systems and provide on call support as needed.
* Provide support for Redwood scheduling application to support weekly processing.
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Accounting or Business.
* 9+ years of hands-on strong
SAP CO experience with a combination of project implementation and production support.
* Must have CO expertise in ECC 6.0 or higher.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
* Ability to directly work with business process experts.
* 1-2 full life cycle SAP project implementation in the area of CO.
* Working knowledge of CO integration with other financial modules, including GL, AP, & PS to help with support requests.
* Proficient in designing and developing user training documentation, test plan and test script development and execution.
* Experience working in a Global Company Structure.

* Experience with Fiori
* Experience with SAP Timekeeping & Labor
* Experience with SAP HR
* Experience with Redwood
* Experience working virtually
Salary Range: $113,500 - $170,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
