The Program Business Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between the finance business partnering function and operational leadership groups within NGA, providing expert financial support and guidance to support the development of winning commercial pricing strategies and P&L analysis to drive long-term sustainable financial growth.

Your Role

Prepare detailed price models and cost estimates to support compelling business proposals.

Participate in and contribute to pricing reviews with senior management, including Sector and Division-level discussions.

Collaborate with the Key Captures Business Manager and Business Management on various ad hoc projects to support business objectives.

Prepare and deliver accurate financial reporting to ensure transparency and inform decision-making.

About You

Hold a bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution.

CPA or CA qualification (or a willingness to obtain) to demonstrate your commitment to professional excellence.

Demonstrated experience in pricing contracts and tenders, ensuring competitive and compliant financial strategies.

Strong expertise in contract compliance, cost management, budget development, and financial estimating for proposals.

Skilled in project analysis, management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
