Principal Logistics Program Manager OR Sr. Logistics Program Manager to support STRIKE programs. This position will be based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Essential Functions:

Individual will act as lead focal point in all logistics matters to Program Manager, functional leadership, and government customer.

* Guide and assist in Technical Disciplines of all Product Support Elements as directed in statement of work.

* Oversee and support the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program management, Technical Teams, and support functions.

* Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

* Ability to work within cost, schedule requirements and act as the control account manager (CAM) for assigned project.

* Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

* Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program management, IPT leads, and customers.

* Maintain various metrics and develops associated dashboards for presentations.

* Tool and metric development, and management of small projects within the larger program and business area.

* Support of internal and customer meetings including meeting presentation collection, and content generation, action item tracking, and post-meeting follow-up.

Basic Qualifications for Principal LPM - Level 03:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 5 years of experience in Project Management; OR 3 years with a Master's Degree OR PhD with 1 year of experience.

* Current, active DoD Secret clearance within 4 years of last investigation/adjudication.

* Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.

* Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills.

* EVMS knowledge.

Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal LPM - Level 04:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 8 years of experience in Project Management; OR 6 years with a Master's Degree OR a PhD with 4 years of experience.

* Current, active DoD Secret clearance within 4 years of last investigation/adjudication.

* Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.

* Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills.

* EVMS knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Special Program Access.

* Current, active DoD Top Secret clearance.

* Cost Account Manager Certified.

* Aerospace and/or Defense Industry Experience, working knowledge of aircraft flightline operations, maintenance, and depot repair.

* Knowledge of Tech Data & Training source documents including but not limited to, S-1000D International Specification for Technical Publications Using a Common Source TO 00-5-1 AF Technical Order System.

* Experience utilizing and updating Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).

* Supply Chain and or aircraft parts ordering operation.

* Experienced using Microsoft (MS) Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel.

* Experience following work instructions and process documents to learn how to complete standardized tasks.

* Analytical thinker.

* Self-driven and takes ownership of assigned tasks.

* Produces high quality products.

Salary Range: $72,600 - $108,800
Salary Range 2: *$89,900 - $134,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
