The Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Product Line (PL) Infrastructure (INF) Systems Line Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all IBCS PL Information Systems. The IBCS PL INF Systems Line Lead duties include:

Serving as the technical focal for system administrators and network administrators
Responsible for daily operations of all IBCS Laboratories. This includes systems uptime, network operations, and throughput
Managing IBCS PL INF Systems Line support tickets and ticket resolution
Developing an aligned system of support that is leveraged across all Information Systems
Working closely with the IBCS PL INF Systems Line Deputy and the Chief Engineer, developing standardized methods of support to resolve problems with systems and networks
Implementing and coordinating with the IBCS PL INF Solutions Team and the Lab Support Team, ensuring cradle-to-grave Information Technical visions and goals are accomplished
Driving innovation along with the IBCS PL INF Automation Line Lead, using requirements for tools from themself, IBCS PL INF Automation Line Lead, Compliance Line Lead, and Chief Engineer
Securing the Information Systems with the IBCS PL INF Compliance Line Lead and the ISSM, adhering to DCSA regulations as outlined in the DAAPM for Assessment & Authorization and standards per the NIST SP 800-53
Reporting and advising the IBCS PL INF Lead and Deputy on all System Line related items, providing qualitative metrics, and technical roadmaps, and attending scheduled meetings
Assisting in fostering a conducive work environment and advocating for the career development of subordinates with Functional Management, ensuring that Northrop Grumman Corporation policies and procedures are adhered to and that employees are recognized for performance
Basic Qualifications:

Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e., Security+, etc.)
BS with 12 years of experience; MS with 10 years of experience; PhD with 8 years of experience; additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Security Clearance
Experience leading diverse Information Technology teams in a DCSA-accredited environment
Vast knowledge and experience in multiple Information Technology domains including Windows, Linux, Networking, Virtualization, Storage, Desktop Support, etc.
Previous experience overseeing and executing large-scale projects resulting in DCSA ATOs for Client-Server Local Area Networks (CS-LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and Unified Wide Area Networks (uWANs). Including Contractor-to-Contractor (C2C) and Contractor-to-Government (C2G)
Proven track record of task delegation amongst multiple subordinate team leads
Demonstrated abilities to work with cross-functional leadership to provide services and support
Preferred Qualifications:

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Degree
Additional Operating System Environment Certifications (i.e., MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, RHCSE, CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
Additional leadership education or certifications (i.e., MBA, PMP, etc.)
Previous experience assisting efforts for proposal efforts by providing technical inputs and artifacts (i.e., Basis of Estimate, Bill of Material, etc.)

Salary Range: $179,600.00 - $269,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
