The director, as part of the growth-oriented and customer-focused Command and Control & Weapons Integration (CWI) Division's Mission Solutions and Strategy leadership team, will be the principal executive responsible for driving our international and domestic captures and directing the advocacy effort to develop the required government and industry relationships. As such, the candidate must have experience successfully leading large captures, as well as experience in domestic and international customer engagement, requirements development, and associated budgeting and acquisition processes. This person must be a strong communicator and able to work successfully within the domestic and international context. Developing, maintaining & nurturing customer and mission intimacy is a key part of the director's responsibility. The director will work closely with several business functions, to include strategy, business development, communications and business execution leadership in the business unit, division, and sector.

Responsibilities include leading a team to:
Lead domestic and international capture teams to consistently improve probability of win, resulting in capture wins.
Develop, refine, and implement franchise capture strategies and provide strategic direction to capture teams.
Lead the Northrop Grumman advocacy in support of the IBCS Franchise.
Drive the U.S. whole of government engagement on behalf of on-going IBCS domestic and international captures.
Engage with the governments of countries with whom we have an on-going capture.
Support the IBCS Franchise Investment Strategy & Management, to include performance tracking.
Support the fiscal management of capture budgets, to include resource prioritization.
Knowledgeable in Customer Relationships Management (CRM) tools (e.g. Salesforce) while following the process standards of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of Aerospace and Defense Industry experience.
5 years of management experience in Functional Management, Engineering Management, Operations Management, and/or Program Management.
Demonstrated capture experience, multi-disciplinary global business development, and strategy development.
Demonstrated people leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to provide independent critical assessments, that ultimately result in better outcomes for the enterprise.
Must be able to obtain and maintain and active DOD (Department of Defense) Secret clearance.

Large capture win
IAMD experience
15 years of industry experience in business development, capture leadership and/or program management
TS/SCI Clearance
Salary Range: $207,400.00 - $311,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
