You will be part of EMEA Labor Optimisation Team (part of wider Retail operations function). This is unique exciting spot in the organisation on the crossroads of multiple functions and processes, you will work close with Finance, HR, Payroll teams, Field teams across 21 EMEA countries and Global Labor counterparts. Our mission is to drive Labor management excellence and provide Athletes* with best workforce management solutions.

Required Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly in Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent data management and automation capabilities.
- Ability to work in large and scattered data and convert them into readble format
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing reports and developing new insights into actions
- Basic knowledge of financial management principles.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with strong prioritization skills
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Your primary task would be building monthly Labor operations reporting for Nike stores.
- In this role, you will closely collaborate with Payroll teams across EMEA countries, work close with EMEA Workforce management team and partner with EMEA Nike stores Finance team.
- You will have to consolidate data from various data points (payroll, time capture, scheduling, HR data), re-assess accuracy of the data, connect dots between Metrics and Business operations and drive insights.
- Critical part of your job would be to identify key drivers for Labor Overspend/Savings vs forecast.
- You will be a critical part of the Labor team in our efforts to build the best in class end-to-end automated reporting system.
