WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of EMEA Labor Optimisation Team (part of the wider Retail operations function). This is a unique and exciting spot in the organisation on the crossroads of multiple functions and processes. You will work closely with Finance, HR, Business planning, Field teams across 21 EMEA countries and Global Labor counterparts. Our mission is to drive Labor management excellence and provide Athletes* with best workforce management solutions.

Required Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly in Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent data management and automation capabilities.
  • Ability to work in large and scattered data and convert them into readble format
  • Demonstrable experience in analyzing reports and developing new insights into actions
  • Basic knowledge of financial management principles.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with strong prioritization skills

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Your primary job would be to build Labor forecast for Nike stores across EMEA.
  • You will use "activity based labor" methodology powered with IT solution (budgeting system) in order to develop Strategic (annual) and Operational (monthly) Labor forecasts.
  • You will work closely with Finance, Business planning and Filed teams to understand key business targets and use them as a base for Labor forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Reporting Analyst to drive continues improvement of forecasting and reporting accuracy
  • You will maintain and evolve intake process for stores activities, stores changes and new openings to create an accurate labor budget
  • You will work closely with the Field in order to elevate an understanding of Labor budgeting principles across stores, and drive excellence in Labor planning on a store level.
  • Your ultimate goal will be to create a comprehensive, stable, and user-friendly setup within the budgeting system, capable of generating labor projections on demand.
