WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

We're looking for a Specialist II in Integrated Media to join our Nike Display, Social & Video Channel team. You'll be responsible for merging Nike's iconic product and storytelling identity with our media partners unique insight in consumer behaviours, to create cutting edge media strategy.

In partnership with the Consumer Media, Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Creative teams, this role will be seen as a cross-functional expert ensuring the success of media infrastructure and best practices so this brand remains at the top of sports.

The Display and Social team brings to life the Nike marketing campaigns you love, on the platforms you love. From NFL broadcasts to TikTok, we lead with impactful and personal creative, we are informed by data, and we are enabled by technology and automation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an athlete - someone with 2+ years of experience in paid media, with excellent communiation and relationship management skills, strong strategic thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to change. You have experience in the sports or retail fashion industry and are able to make decisions which elevate the future of Nike.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience in marketing in relevant Brands and/or Agencies.
  • Paid Media experience required across online and offline media channels.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and managing media/ creative production agencies.
  • Experience working with budget tracking tools.
  • Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborator and great flexibility to support the team on different activations.
  • Skilled at translating strategic priorities into tactical actionable plans and adjusting communication for various audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Integrated Media Specialist II, you will work in close collaboration with the Integrated Media Sr Manager and Director on shaping Nike's paid media strategy to align with brand and business objectives, driving awareness and conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Integrated Media Leads on planning, executing and reporting of evergreen and mid-funnel paid media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Drive creative distinction, collaborating with our world-class agency team on best practice materials, and closing the loop on reporting to ensure we learn from each campaign.
  • Stay current on media trends and news through industry events, partner meetings and share-findings internally to fuel inspiration.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic media partners (e.g. paid social, DSPs, and 3P vendors), taking the form of regular organized meetings, seasonal business reviews, tech roadmaps, and joint business planning excercises.
  • Ensure that Nike is creating the future of sport, by keeping inclusivity and purpose top of mind in creative and media decisions.
