We, the Nike Direct Digital Platform Operations team, support the day-to-day operations for our digital business. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a member of the Nike Direct Digital Operations team, you will report to the Platform Operations Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our core operations teams as well as the broader teams such as Brand/Marketing, Digital Platform, Digital Experience, Merchandising, Planning, Technology, Pricing, Supply Chain to name a few. You will also interact with teams in other geos as well as our ongoing partnership with global team based at our World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will support the business by driving readiness operations for all products across our digital platforms. This includes the planning, execution and analysis of product readiness on our Nike platforms. These daily tasks require extreme accuracy and attention to detail. You will use data to inform decision making and process improvements. Additionally, you will help provide requirements for future capabilities and tools used by our teams.
A typical day/week looks like:
- You drive E2E Seasonal Readiness operational excellence for all products going live on Nike.com, Nike App, and SNKRS through continuous analysis and capability optimization.
- You orchestrate digital asset (copy, translation, imagery, attribution) and inventory readiness for activations and launches in partnership with Global and EMEA stakeholders.
- You maintain continuous cross-functional alignment to drive accountability and efficiency by holding weekly meetings to ensure deadlines and deliverables are fulfilled.
- You work in several digital tools to translate readiness data into actionable insights and communicate to the Nike Digital teams.
- You input and maintain data accuracy in our Nike tools connected to asset creation
- You act as resource of expertise (SME) on tools & capabilities utilized for readiness operations in partnership with the dedicated Digital Commerce Capabilities team.
- You continuously refine workflows to ensure an efficient intake process for all seasonal readiness related requests.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to join our Platform Operations team focusing on Seasonal Readiness. You will own the end-to-end Asset Readiness process for 30+ countries in our EMEA portfolio working across Digital teams. You are an organized, flexible multitasker who takes pride in the perfection of your work. You can prioritize tasks, collaborate with the team, and solve problems efficiently. You have a passion for digital commerce and trendsetting, innovative work. Additionally, you can maintain a flexible working schedule that can include holidays and weekends.
- Working experience in direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce with a specific focus on operational process improvement is preferred.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills, passion for details and ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Ability to quickly pick up new systems, experience with Nike internal tools and Airtable is a plus.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport, fashion.
- Self-starter, quick-learner, quality-focused and proactive.
- Flexibility in working hours to support the business (ie. weekends, holidays)
Relocation is not provided for this role.
