We are hiring for two (2) EMEA Digital Marketing Professional II roles to join both our Lifecyle & Target Communications team (1) and our Membership team (1).
Those roles are for an experienced digital marketeers with a passion for movement, a curiosity for our consumers, and a desire to build a culture of creativity, innovation and inspiration to reimagine the future of sport and serve our members personally at scale.
Your passion is how the consumer navigates a modern digital marketplace, and how Nike serves new behaviours. We need you to be curious, open to interrogate your own as well as others plans in a constructive way, with always an eye on the critical metrics we are accountable for delivering. You should have a magic touch when it comes to the art, but also a mind that ensures the science is applied in real life and real ways.

- We are looking for someone to develop and implement successful Digital Marketing & CRM strategies - with proven experience in designing, optimizing & executing digital communications
- You will have a proven track record creating sophisticated, multi-layered messaging across parallel campaigns for diverse audiences always driving relevancy for the individual consumer

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the EMEA Professional II - Lifecycle & Targeted Comms Marketing, you are in charge of crafting, planning & executing both seasonal & lifecycle campaigns for Digital Marketing. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the development of the long-term strategies, aligned with the overall Nike growth strategy. You must have a deep appreciation for digital standard processes, an understanding of CRM, accept a Member-first approach and have strong digital and commercial competence.
Further details of what you will be responsible for are:
- Lead campaigns & communications for EMEA Nike Members, personally and at scale, to drive member retention.
- Plan & Orchestrate content calendar for Marketing Campaigns and participate into owning the Audience programming end-to-end
- Designing always-on-trigger communications and notifications, defining technical requirements & logics, to create effective, communications personalized to individual members.
- Support seasonal plans to amplifying the wider digital marketing programming, sharing & elevating best practice.
- Support the development of Unified O2O (online to offline) member marketing model to serve members at the end of the funnel.
- Partner cross-functionally (Global, Geo & Territory) to manage seasonal campaigns & Lifecycle communications - to land a one-member view across different communication programs.
- Own critical metrics & performance tracking to measure the success of member communications both at a macro & micro level, improving program experimentation.
- Create the learning agenda, measurement plans, and right share-outs, to unlock our ability to serve every member with more impact.
- Input & collaborate with our cross-functional teams to advance our technical capabilities & Digital Marketing Transformation offense from a member-led lens.
The closing date for this position is Satuday 8th of February. Relocation is not offered for this role.
