WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring for the EMEA Brand Marketing Specialist in Partner Marketing, Men's NSW team. This role is best for a passionate marketeer with a digital and/or retail background who shares our love for sport, youth, fashion, street and sneaker culture. This person loves pushing thinking into new innovative spaces and strives for executional excellence.
The ideal candidate is organized, has experience in planning and managing projects and campaigns, has an agile mindset and has the ability to work in a high pace, ever evolving environment.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you'll be performing a critical supporting role for the Men's NSW team in Nike Partner marketing, working across our seasonal offense. A typical day/week looks like supporting the Brand Managers and Director in the development of seasonal Men x NSW plans that serves athletes across the EMEA Marketplace. You will be tasked with operational missions as well as attend meetings with cross-functional partners and represent the voice of the consumer in the development and execution of our marketing plans.
You will support the Partner Marketing team for Men's NSW to amplify the Nike Brand and create lasting consumer connections in multi-brand ecosystems.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This is the Nike matrix: You will work alongside a team of other EMEA Brand Management Directors, Lead Professionals, and Professionals. You will also work closely with our cross-functional partners including but not limited to Merchandising, DSM, Nike Direct, Digital, City Marketing, Insights, and External Partner.
WHAT YOU BRING
As a part of your application process, we will ask you to complete a video interview, answering some skills based questions, related to your experience below Additionally, we would like to ask you to share with us insight on the following:
Worked in Marketing (ideally in brand, retail, VMS, digital)
An absolute self-starter, high interest in operating in collaborative autonomy and you can demonstrate where and how you have taken initiative to get work done on your own and as a part of a team.
Have strong planning and project management skills, you'll accompany teams on a project by project basis, using your systems affinity (our systems are AirTable; eNote; SAP - however planning systems, google docs etc. are a relevant comparison) and interest to support, to drive projects along
Working at scale requires administering that work, so you will engage in product orders; managing requests; tracking actions.
