Senior Partner Rep, Korea RNWY & Style Specialty

Nike Korea is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the RNWY (Runway) / Style Specialty offense in the Nike Korea Marketplace as Senior Partner Rep. This role will be responsible for developing and elevating a new multi-brand retail channel targeting young, fashion-forward female consumers, integrating both apparel and footwear.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role will report to the Director, Authenticators of Marketplace based in Korea and will work closely with Nike's internal Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, MPO (Marketplace Operations), and Partnership Transformation teams at Korea and APLA (Asia/Pacific & Latin America). You will also work directly with retail partners to define and execute business strategies that drive growth and consumer engagement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Marketplace Expertise - Minimum 5 years of prior experience in sales, retail management, or business development within the fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods industry for women is strongly preferred.
  • Strategic Vision & Business Acumen - Proven ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies in a dynamic, multi-brand retail environment with growth mindset.
  • Operational Excellence - Strong track record in successfully implementing sales programs, logistics, and business processes.
  • Financial & Analytical Skills - Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making to drive revenue and optimize business performance.
  • Communication & Negotiation Expert - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives across teams and retail partners.
  • Consumer-Centric Mindset - Deep understanding of youth culture, female consumers, and lifestyle trends, with a passion for creating compelling retail experiences that connect with them.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Senior Partner Rep, Korea RNWY & Style Specialty, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Nike's marketplace strategy for this new channel offense. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop & Elevate RNWY & Style Specialty Offense - Lead marketplace development for this new channel, crafting long-term strategies to drive consumer engagement and enhance retail experiences for young female consumers.
  • Drive Business Growth - Execute banner strategies and drive both revenue and brand relevance. Build seasonal business plans, optimize assortments, and strengthen Nike's brand positioning through deep consumer connection.
  • Account & Partner Management - Strengthen relationships with retail partners by aligning business strategies and ensuring seamless execution from sell-in to in-season retail execution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Brand/Marketing, and Marketplace Operations teams at both the territory and GEO level to ensure Nike's product, brand storytelling, and retail execution align with strategic goals and connect with consumers.
