Job Description:
Working level lead to support Nike Men, Nike Women or Kids marketing campaigns:
Develops consumer media behavior insights, sets campaign media objectives and strategy, leads media negotiation, and manages media budget to ensure delivery of all campaign KPIs
Leads agency team (10+ people dedicated to Nike) on campaign execution timeline and post buy learning
Collaborates with brand team, creative team, platform team, performance media team and etc. to engineer smooth consumer journey and experience
Manages and leads partnership with key media partners for IP (ESP) collaboration
Job Requirements:
8+ years' experience in the media industry. Sharp in strategy, strong Strategic thinking capability. Media agency/ media platform background is a plus

Strong in communication. Confident and motivated with high EQ in communicating with others that embodies team player spirit
Understanding China digital market and overall media landscape
Has solid foundation of media planning skills in digital and understands different social platforms (Douyin, Red, WeChat, etc.)
Data literate to execute reporting and obtain media insights
Comprehensive in PPT and excel, keynote is a plus
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, internal compliance, and process management
Organized and able to handle administrative processes
Passion for sport (Basketball, running, etc.) is key. Street culture/fashion lover is a plus
Sports related industry (esp. sports apparels and shoes) working experience is a plus
Fluent in Chinese and English.
