WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the VP Chief Diversity Officer and serve on the Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Leadership Team. As a member of the DE&I Leadership team, you will work closely in partnership with peers as well as key internal stakeholders (e.g., Executive Leaders, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications, Government & Public Affairs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development). You will also work closely with external organizations through sponsorship engagements and strategic partnerships.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) practitioner with deep expertise to lead and shape critical portfolios within our DE&I Center of Excellence. In this role, you will oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), foster impactful external partnerships, drive inclusive learning programs, and design transformative experiences that align with our global DE&I strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field or a combination of proven experience, education, and training.
  • 15+ years of dynamic work experience building and leading teams in a people strategy function with 6-8 years of direct expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end strategy, governance, and operations of employee resource groups (ERGs) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing external partnerships, vendor relationships, contract budget management.
  • Experience effectively using data insights to measure, report ROI, and storytelling the impact.
  • Experience influencing and driving large-scale initiatives across geographies, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter who demonstrates experience navigating ambiguity and excelling in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent ability to present ideas and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role, you will work in collaboration with cross-functional partners and external partners to achieve DE&I portfolio initiatives. You'll lead a team of practitioners responsible for executing strategic priorities aligned to the DE&I strategy. You will collaborate with business partners to monitor trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and provide DE&I expertise and guidance for inclusive practices.

  • You will lead the strategy to grow and evolve out global employee resource groups (ERGs) and allyship network through community, culture, education, and employee engagement
  • You will lead partnerships with external organizations, identify sponsorship opportunities for the greatest impact across our DE&I initiatives
  • You will lead innovative programmatic experiences to expand developmental pathways for next generation and emerging talent
  • You will have accountability to own and steward the planning, execution, and reporting of the annual DE&I portfolio initiatives; ensuring progress is amplified throughout the organization and external channels.
  • You will be responsible to track metrics to show progress against the DE&I roadmap and leverage data insights to identify opportunities for continued success.
