The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Nike Digital Product Design executes thoughtful design solutions for business and consumer problems at scale. We craft the overall form and function of our digital products - defining the user experiences and interfaces for Nike's internal and consumer-facing experiences.

The Commerce & Membership team crafts experiences across Nike.com and Nike App, creating brand distinction and removing consumer friction. We design the core consumer journeys and experiences for discovery, inspiration, education, decisioning, and purchasing. Our work drives business growth while serving consumers across all global markets.

Who you'll work with

You'll work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, researchers, marketers, program managers, and fellow designers to discover and understand needs and requirements that translate into thoughtful consumer experiences. As a key member of this team, you'll report into the Director of Commerce & Membership Design team.

Who we are looking for

You're the go-to designer on the team - taking ownership for every detail of the final design. You confidently apply your knowledge and craft, working independently on several projects at a time. You seek out opportunities to round out your skills and always present the thinking behind your work. You bring a wide-range of concepts to the table and are constantly pushing your team's view of what's possible.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual and UX


  • A bachelor's degree or higher in design or related field (UX/UI or rleated) or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Experience with the particulars of designing for digital/physical experiences


  • Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution


  • Ability to deliver high-quality,​ end-to-end ​design solutions ​that uphold Nike's quality standards


  • Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise


  • Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process


  • Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and marketers


  • Solid design process and strong attention to detail


  • Experience working with consumer research and data


  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Principle and Keynote


  • UI motion design experience with tools like After Effects


  • Familiarity with 3D, AR & VR is a plus


  • Cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS, emails)

What you will work on

You will define and deliver the digital experiences that inspire consumers to connect with sports while discovering and purchasing Nike products throughout their journey.

  • Designing incredibly polished work that represents the Nike brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes


  • Owning multiple product features for medium to large projects


  • Rapidly iterating and refining design concepts from initial briefing through final delivery


  • Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers


  • Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems


  • Mentoring and providing helpful feedback to fellow designers and interns to uplevel their craft and skills


  • Evangelizing the Nike brand and driving initiatives that strengthen Nike's design culture internally


  • Ability to effectively communicate design intentions and establish the gravity around ideas


  • Ability to produce a holistic look and feel between all pieces of a large project


  • Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization


  • Passion for the Nike brand, sports and for creating high-quality work


  • A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends
