You can work directly with creatives and can commission work from a varied and broad network of agencies and creative individuals. Whether you're on set managing the production of a shoot, commissioning an illustrator, or engaging a vendor to execute an internal room build, you don't get phased by the unknown - instead, you are energized by the challenge of learning as you go.

You speak up, challenge the brief or project scope and help re-route obstacles to land on new solutions. You simplify complex information and clear obstacles to give space for the best possible creative solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Day-to-day, you will manage creative operations from planning to final asset executions, delivering premium and inspirational concepts and experiences. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you'll work collaboratively to execute against the brief delivering on time and within budget. You will drive budget management & contract execution in partnership with Nike Legal. You will ensure that all productions are compliant with Nike processes to mitigate risk on behalf of the brand.

On set or during a build out, you will expertly manage the production, establishing the run of show and maintaining production schedules. You are the connection point between all internal & external teams, seamlessly communicating details so that all partners are aligned.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Day-to-day, you will be working with the Nike creative concept team including designers, art directors and creative leaders, as well as your broader Design Operations team and external creative partners.

On a project basis, you will work with a variety of Nike Design and Concept team partners, leadership and other cross-functional business functions such as Product Management, Merchandising, Insights, and Marketing.

As the production expert on behalf of Nike, you will nurture your external creative network, building strong relationships on behalf of Nike to the industry at large.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience
  • Passion for creativity, sports and culture.
  • Future-forward thinking with a positive, solution-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and strong team player.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator and strategic thinker that can simplify complex information.
  • Proven experience managing complex timelines, budgets and deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment with multiple business functions and senior stakeholders, cutting through the noise to challenge business priorities and deliver the best creative.
  • Knowing when and where to speak up to drive solutions.
  • A commitment to staying up to date with current and future technology, industry trends and creative partners.
  • Travel 5-10% of the time.
