Become a vital part of our Global Purchase to Pay (P2P) team, where you'll collaborate closely with Nike's Managed Service Provider (MSP) and stakeholders from Procurement, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and local business units. Your role will involve facilitating complex problem-solving, ensuring alignment, and driving effective change management. You'll also provide operational oversight, training, and education to develop the MSP team's acumen and build towards a global standard P2P support model.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Operations Delivery, Global P2P who will be responsible for executing global P2P activities, including recording lockbox transactions, managing disbursement checks, handling incoming cash, overseeing 1099 processes, and associated communication. You will also oversee P2P activities performed by the MSP to ensure a seamless customer journey and business profitability.

The ideal candidate will embrace change to support the scaling of the P2P business and the activation of the MSP within the finance transformation journey. You should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when working with large data sets and strive to drive clarity while ensuring accountability and achieving business results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, ideally supporting accounting processes, controls, technologies, and/or systems.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity to learn, a growth mindset, and a drive to develop and contribute as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate status, issues/risks, and opportunities with leadership.
- Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with reconciliation, matching, and journal entry is preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will work alongside your colleagues in P2P operations to provide regional oversight and business support for our global service delivery. Partnering with our MSP, regional, and global stakeholders, you will drive alignment and effective change management as we continue to standardize and optimize processes and systems, ensuring that regional variations and regulatory considerations are understood and addressed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide enhanced support for Global P2P operations and our cross-functional partners. Act as the conduit between P2P, Procurement, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and local business units for complex problem-solving, representing P2P within the region.
- Collaborate with the MSP's Global and Geo Leads on multiple service delivery activities that require regional insight. Partner to ensure effective problem resolution, leveraging analytical insights to drive performance.
- Provide operational oversight, training, and education to develop the MSP team's acumen and build towards a global standard P2P support model.
- Participate in localized projects, staying at the forefront of changes to standards and regulations within the Geo, and providing localization recommendations for P2P.
- Own and drive escalated incidents and issues to resolution, including advanced troubleshooting, ensuring effective root cause analysis and recommendations for process improvements where appropriate.
- Evaluate process improvement opportunities and partner with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to build global standards. Act as a local champion for Global P2P Policies and Procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, Territory Controllers, Nike Suppliers, and business partners, educating them on P2P processes when necessary and identifying opportunities for training in their respective organizations.
- Support process control oversight and internal and external audit investigations.
