As the Assistant to the GM Football EMEA, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Leadership Team, employees, and external Nike stakeholders/accounts. You will act as a key connector, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams in EMEA and Global. Your role will be essential in maximizing leadership efficiency and maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism across all interactions.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and supporting leadership with a range of responsibilities, including:
- Calendar and Expense Management: Manage complex scheduling, expenses, and approvals.
- Communication and Correspondence: Handle internal and external communications.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize, record, and follow up on key meetings and action items.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Maintain communication between the GM, EMEA, and Global leadership teams.
- Decision-Making Support: Act as a liaison in the GM's absence, prioritizing tasks and key directives.
- Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive data with professionalism.
- Team Support and Visibility: Serve as the go-to person for the GM, leadership team, and broader organization.
- Networking and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong internal and external connections.
- Project and Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow efficiencies.
- Travel and Event Management: Arrange travel and logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and global visits.
- Budget and Purchase Order Management: Track and control department budgets and POs.
- Reporting and Presentation Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and overviews as needed.
- Space Planning and Logistics: Oversee workspace planning, team org charts, and travel coordination.
- Backup Support: Provide coverage for other assistants as required.
- Information Flow and Training Coordination: Ensure smooth information sharing and process updates.
