Who we are looking for
Are you interested in helping craft the future of an evolving retail organization? Then this job is for you! Our Retail Recruiters are based across EMEA, and typically support between 15-20 stores in one or more countries in the region. You will act as the key talent acquisition partner for regional retail leadership teams. This will include store managers (Head Coaches) and field leadership (Retail Managers). In addition to identifying, sourcing and hiring the best candidates for positions throughout Nike and Converse ecosystem you are to bring innovative ideas to improve the process of retail hiring. We are looking for a self-starter, who takes action and who is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. Nike is constantly evolving and growing, so we are in need of someone who can adapt quickly to change and handle and ambiguous environment.
What you will work on
As a Retail Recruiter, you lead the end-to-end process for retail field hiring across multiple levels, from store associate (Athlete) to store manager (Head Coach). You'll be responsible for candidate sourcing, resume review, and video screening of candidates. Working within a team of other retail territory field recruiters, you'll own the candidate process through our applicant tracking system, Workday.
Who you will work with
You will report to the Retail TA Manager EMEA and be part of the regional retail recruiting team. The team sits in the newly formed Talent Solutions Organization. On a weekly basis, are accountable for maintaining relationships with the Head Coaches of your assigned stores along with Retail Directors. You will partner with the internal HR operations teams; People Solutions and Data Management.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business
- Experience with Workday or any other ATS as a recruiter
- Experience in competency-based interviewing
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with hiring practices and policy in France
Preferred:
- Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner, coaching and assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy.
- Track record of innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional abilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment

Sur quoi travaillerez-vous
En tant que recruteur retail, vous dirigez le processus de bout en bout pour le recrutement sur le terrain dans le commerce de détail à plusieurs niveaux, de l'associé de magasin (athlète) au directeur de magasin(head coach). Vous serez responsable de la recherche de candidats, de l'examen des CV et de la sélection des candidats. En travaillant au sein d'une équipe d'autres recruteurs sur le terrain du territoire de vente au détail, vous serez responsable du processus de candidature via notre système de suivi des candidats, Workday.
Avec qui travaillerez-vous
Vous serez rattaché au Retail TA Manager EMEA et ferez partie de l'équipe régionale de recrutement du commerce de détail. Chaque semaine, vous êtes responsable du maintien des relations avec les entraîneurs en chef des magasins qui vous sont assignés ainsi qu'avec les directeurs du commerce de détail. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes internes des opérations RH et Data Management.
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ
Requis :
Expérience en volume recrutement interne et externe
Expérience avec Workday (ou tout autre ATS) en tant que recruteur
Expérience des entretiens
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
Expérience des pratiques et politiques d'embauche en France
Préféré :
Expérience antérieure en recrutement retail en travaillant directement en tant que partenaire commercial en magasin, en encadrant et en aidant les dirigeants de magasin dans leur stratégie de recrutement
Expérience en matière de sourcing innovant et de création de communautés de talents au sein de capacités fonctionnelles uniques.
Flexibilité et adaptabilité démontrées tout en travaillant dans un environnement mouvant
