The Supply Chain Functional Development team supports 14,000 global team members to build critical skills through digital, live, and experiential learning opportunities. The Principal Supply Chain Functional Development Training reports to the Director of Supply Chain Functional Development and collaborates closely with all functions under the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Human Resources, and external partners. The Functional Development team is part of the Supply Chain Operations organization.

They create visually engaging content aligned with leading adult pedagogy, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. They are experienced with digital learning software (e.g., Articulate), PowerPoint, vector graphic software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator), and video editing software. They have excellent writing and editing skills and a strong attention to detail.
They are an experienced facilitator of live training and ideally have direct instructional experience. They are adept at considering multiple inputs, including learner needs, business context and functional strategy, to design and deliver impactful live training.
They are passionate about growth, learning, and development and are naturally curious, creative, and innovative. They thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and possess a high level of persistence and adaptability, reacting to changes and obstacles with openness and resilience.
They have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects efficiently and clearly, including measuring and communicating outcomes through metrics and/or Objective Key Results (OKRs).
They have superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global, highly matrixed, relational setting; they are comfortable working with team members at all levels of the organization.
They have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training, and 7+ combined years across Training/Learning and Development and/or Supply Chain/Operations.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You are responsible for conceptualizing, designing and facilitating training (digital and live) that serves the Supply Chain, Sustainability and Express Lane teams as part of the overall Functional Development initiative LIFT.
- You will both directly create and work with partners to create digital learning content, including facilitating internal cross-functional engagement.
- You will design and lead engaging and effective live training sessions.
- You will work in a fast-paced environment on a recently formed (less than one year) team that is highly motivated, passionate, and talented.
- On any given day, you may find yourself doing a detailed review of a digital course, facilitating input from cross-functional stakeholders, advising on the communication strategy to introduce training to the organization, researching leading learning practices, designing a new training approach, or determining how best to report and track training outcomes.
