WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This position uniquely interacts with many teams within HR and the business. You will work with key stakeholders inclusive of People Solutions, Business HR, COEs, and various business teams. You will report to the Manager of People Solutions Consulting, Americas.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The People Solutions Consultant II drives the resolution of escalated, complex, and broad inquiries. We are looking for someone with HR generalist, COE, and/or Employee Relations expertise who enjoys collaboration, problem solving, and strategic thinking. As a People Solutions Consultant II, you will help consult across all levels of the organization, leveraging our operating model to positively impact employees and the business. The desired candidate must thrive in ambiguity and have demonstrated change agility to drive transformation and foster innovation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, in one or more HR disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide meaningful recommendations through storytelling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Embraces a growth mindset, demonstrates flexibility, and brings clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
  • Working knowledge of HR Information Systems (e.g. SAP, WorkDay) and case management systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is preferred

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

On any given day, you will consult with and coach self-service solutions to teammates and people leaders across all levels of the organization. You will utilize a breadth of HR knowledge and experience to deliver services regionally, tailoring delivery to account for unique teammate needs. You will liaise directly with employees and business leadership to resolve individual employee issues and provide strategic guidance. As a People Solutions Consultant II, you will:

  • Resolve inquiries and transactions with quality and speed through a teammate-centric approach
  • Guide and coach Teammates and Managers on key moments that matter, including performance and talent management, organizational guidance, employee engagement, compensation consulting, and other matters ranging from simple to complex
  • Support HR Specialized Services delivery, including resolving moderately complex inquiries and escalating as needed
  • Provide HR services and programming that enhance the employee experience and meet business and local needs, including workshop facilitation, policy management, fulfilling reporting requests, etc.
  • Utilize knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve teammate inquiries.
  • Coordinate across the team to ensure services are consistently delivered and well-managed
  • Manage timely and accurate execution of employee programs and services, maintaining applicable Service Level Agreements
  • Partner on projects as needed
