Who are we looking for?

Nike seeks a Retail Producer (Senior Professional) to manage productions for North America Brand Design Retail. The Producer will be responsible for managing end-to-end production for retail design through retail installation, delivering efficiently and according to Nike's daily, seasonal and long-term marketing objectives.

The Retail Producer is highly organized, results driven, and has expertise within the production, 3D environment, and installation industries. A strong communicator, liaising cross-functionally within retail brand marketing and across the Nike matrix to lead and drive an organized, efficient and successful production process. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers and creative partners, always improving production to effectively execute the creative strategy of North America Brand Design Retail.

What will you work on?

As a Retail Producer, you will be responsible for leading and owning medium to large scale productions in partnership with Retail Design, Brand Management, Store Management, other cross-functional Nike teams, and external partners. You will facilitate creative and production partner outreach and negotiations in collaboration with Nike Procurement, budget management and accruals, contract execution in partnership with Nike Legal, and will usher the creative vision through to final delivery.

You will lead sourcing materials, finishes and fabrication for fixtures, install management, comprehend zonal and spatial planning. On site at installation, you will lead establishing the ROS, maintaining production schedules for a flawless and quality execution. You are the connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the design production process to ensure alignment across. You have and will continue to build industry relationships and will contribute towards design strategy through growing the database of creative partners and execution/production partners who are relevant and inspiring to the creative strategy of Global Brand Standards.

Who will you work with?

You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Retail Design Operations. You will be part of the Retail Design Operations team alongside other Planning, Producers and Production Coordinators. You will partner closely with your Design, Brand and Visual Merchandising counterparts so that work is organized seamlessly for successful productions. You will also work closely with key business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, and Real Estate.

What you bring:

  • 3-5+ years in fields directly related to production and creative project management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, or relative industry experience
  • Knowledge of producing for retail installations, showroom installations or experiential installations.
  • A committed personal passion for turning design dreams into life, and the ambition to stay at the forefront of creative partner resourcing.
  • Experience in contract negotiation.
  • Experience in production budget planning, logistics, management and reconciliation.
  • Ability to organize and lead various teams to a successful outcome.
  • Ability to establish good relationships within the creative and production industry.
  • A strong ability to solve problems and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Abili t y to travel within North America.
