The Director, North America Distribution provides a high-quality service offering to a multi-division customer base via multi-site distribution network consisting of seven (7) core locations. The position will also lead all aspects of import and export material flow. This is accomplished through leadership and support of internal operating standards that drive efficiency, employee satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the desired return.

  • Leads a network of distribution facilities and respective Site Leaders to ensure facilities continuously improve the execution of the planned activities.
  • Collaborates with key business partners to identify and set operational performance standards and goals to exceed customer requirements including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Colleague engagement.
  • Leads teams in the execution of our distribution strategy as set by the North America Distribution Network leader. This includes a focus on customer satisfaction and controlling costs through high velocity material flow while reducing touches and waste, flexible labor, and strong budgetary business acumen.
  • The role takes knowledgeable risks; re-engineers processes that support the customer and cost structure; drives quality processes that lead to continuous improvements.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or can be equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of dynamic distribution, manufacturing, operations, or logistics experience, including at least 4 years in a multi-site distribution environment.
  • Consistent record leading multiple sites and/or "big box" facilities of 200K ft² or larger.
  • Experience with the ability to drive efficiency, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional root cause problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement and improved flow.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $123,700.00-$185,500.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
