WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate will not be afraid to chase down difficult-to-find information and pressure test information when warranted to ensure accuracy. The candidate will be comfortable working in unfamiliar subject matter areas and project managing technical and process work where the candidate may not be the expert, including sustainability and manufacturing operations.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In Network Sustainability, accurate and accessible sustainability data are critical to monitoring our performance and focusing our efforts on meeting Air MI's 2025 and 2030 sustainability targets. In this role you will drive: 1) the collection, aggregation, and verification of sustainability data across various sources and stakeholders within Air MI and Nike generally, and 2) the analysis and compilation of this data into various reports for both internal analysis and external reporting (e.g., the Nike Impact Report). You will additionally manage data governance and assurance processes for select data elements. Your work will be done in tight partnership with the Network Sustainability Lead.

In the Manufacturing Network, your work will principally help in the internal project management of strategic manufacturing planning, analysis, and alignment efforts, in support of the Manufacturing Network Lead. As with the Network Sustainability responsibilities, you will work in broad collaboration with teams throughout Air MI including Operations, Planning, Facilities, Engineering, and Innovation, among others.

Beyond the Network Sustainability and Manufacturing Network focus, there will be opportunities for ad hoc support of various team subject areas.
