WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Nike.com Lead will join a cross-functional team who is passionate about creating the future of digital commerce for Nike. This role will run an integrated offense across Nike.com Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning (DSM) and Digital Operations - coming together to drive a shared digital agenda, aligned business outcomes and an elevated ability to read and react to our business. The Nike.com Lead will be reporting directly to Digital Platform and Growth Senior Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a self-starter who is organized, self-motivated, proactive, accountable and highly adaptable with strong knowledge of digital consumer journeys. All coupled with excellent communication skills and with the ability to solve complex problems. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital experiences and possesses strong analytics skills.

  • Have a minimum 3+ years of directly relevant experience in the following functions: digital commerce, digital (site) merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products & experiences.


  • Have experience with digital or physical retail, and/or digital platforms and understanding of market dynamics and bringing creative/disruptive ideas are highly preferred.


  • Experience understanding of KPIs from e-commerce and financial KPIs is key and knowledge of App/web KPIs is a strong plus.


  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data and act against business results, trends, and opportunities.


  • Organized, self-motivated, proactive and the ability to work under extreme tight timelines with high attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will lead and grow the Nike.com business by planning, driving and executing seasonal, retail and commercial strategy for Nike.com in partnership with all relevant functions to achieve short and long-term financial targets.

In this role you will:

  • Be part of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) team, working across cross-functional teams where relationship building, collaboration and the ability to influence are core competencies to navigate in a matrix organization.


  • Be responsible for pre-season planning determining consumer moments and product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams.


  • Create and present weekly/monthly/quarterly insights for key metrics, product performance, and consumer journey to develop learnings and actions.


  • Drive, read and react to actions based on business results and priorities and manage air traffic control to ensure priorities are represented across the teams.


  • Partner with cross-functional teams (business, capabilities, operations) to create and/or explore future experiences.


  • Be current with business and marketplace trends and challenges to recommend best practices or actions to achieve targets.


  • Monitor KPIs to optimize the consumer journey for Nike.com and work in partnership with site merchandising team to have a best-in-class experience to ensure channel growth.
