Job Description:
• Develops consumer media behavior insights, sets campaign media objectives and strategy, leads media negotiation, and manages media budget to ensure delivery of all campaign KPIs
• Leads agency team (10+ people dedicated to Nike) on campaign execution timeline and post buy learning
• Collaborates with brand team, creative team, platform team, performance media team and etc. to engineer smooth consumer journey and experience
• Manages and leads partnership with key media partners for IP (ESP) collaboration
Job Requirements:
• 8+ years' experience in the media industry. Sharp in strategy, strong Strategic thinking capability. Media agency/ media platform background is a plus

• Strong in communication. Confident and motivated with high EQ in communicating with others that embodies team player spirit
• Understanding China digital market and overall media landscape
• Has solid foundation of media planning skills in digital and understands different social platforms (Douyin, Red, WeChat, etc.)
• Data literate to execute reporting and obtain media insights
• Comprehensive in PPT and excel, keynote is a plus
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, internal compliance, and process management
• Organized and able to handle administrative processes
• Passion for sport (Basketball, running, etc.) is key. Street culture/fashion lover is a plus
• Sports related industry (esp. sports apparels and shoes) working experience is a plus
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
