Boston, MA

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Direct Team at Converse conceives, designs, builds, and operates physical and digital retail experiences that inspire and engage creators to move, play and connect. The team achieves that by producing distinct and immersive storytelling experiences filled with the spirit of Converse and our love for Chuck.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is passionate for the Converse Brand and a highly motivated self-starter with an unflappable drive for creating commercial stories. They must be an expert in creative production, especially photography and motion, and be a master at calmly solving challenges in real-time both on and off set. Confident at managing multiple production simultaneously, they are a detail-oriented leader. The primary goal is to safely deliver assets on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. To consistently succeed, one must thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional workflow by empathizing with stakeholders, building trust with all partners, and communicating succinctly both verbally and in writing. The candidate must be coachable with a self-awareness to proactively seek and implement feedback. From gaining new skills to offering ideas for improving existing processes, this production expert prioritizes curiosity and learning. Acting like an owner, it is key to take initiative, ask questions to drive clarity, and connect tactical tasks to macro strategies and business objectives. Objectivity is crucial to ensure everything we do is product-focused and consumer-centric. Internally, it is essential to be a team player that always prioritizes team success and the business over individual accolades.
