Responsible for the sales operations of the organization.
- Develops and executes strategies with strategic accounts; including semi- annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets.
- Drives business through accounts by utilizing customer service skills and building strong relationships based upon product/category and marketplace expertise which results in consistent target attainment.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in management or Commerce with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industries
- Solid Sales & strategy account management experience in Retail industry
- Good communication skills under a complex matrix structure
- Be able to drive for results, and lead large-scale projects
- Strong problem-solving, organization and planning skills; with a good sense of urgency and is able to handle ambiguity
- Fluent in English/Mandarin
- Responsible for research, business development and sales administration.
- Candidates with experiences in account management, sales, operations and merchandise will be an advantage.
