Overview
The Clean Energy Expert (CEE) Lead Generation Representative handles a high volume of outbound and inbound calls from prospective customers inquiring about solar energy products and roofing services. Their main duty is to qualify prospective customers by adhering to call quality standards. They must be highly motivated to deliver a spectacular experience in a performance-based culture where hard work and success is rewarded with a strong compensation plan and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
- Handles a high volume of outbound and inbound calls with prospective customers inquiring about solar energy products and roofing services with a focus on creating future appointments
- Utilizes the quality control script and overcomes objections with integrity
- Verifies and updates information on lead form as needed
- Meets performance metrics defined by management
- Utilizes company Google chat and email for internal communications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales or call center environment preferred
- The ability to communicate fluently in English is an essential function of this role. Fluency in another language besides English is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
- Proficient with email, Google suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Remote role that requires reliable high-speed internet connection and work space that is free from distractions
- Ability to work varied weekends, evenings and some holiday shifts

The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is in compliance with the local wage requirements.
