• 人员管理工作- 计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工,支持个人发展,就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见;
• 负责单个小/ 中型店铺的所有营运管理;
• 管理员工、店铺经营和店铺环境,以便达到销售、服务、组织、顾客满意度和盈利目标并且保持经营标准;
• 管理店铺的每日收入和薪资支出;
• 管理员工、管理组或者部门经理并且负责团队人员发展;
• 负责店铺团队有效沟通,奖励和表彰好的表现;
• 与地区或者区域经理以及公司损失预防部门-起处理店内损失预防问题;
• 提供高档消费者体验和员工体验,实施/ 执行全球和区域计划,提升销售业绩。
• 要求:4 年大学学历以上,有至少4~7年直接相关工作经验,1~3年以上管理经验;能够根据工作需要从事相应的体力工作;能够接受零售行业的灵活排班。
