耐克直營零售業務部誠聘有思想、有能力、有夢想、有潛力的你!
工作職責:
- 人員管理工作-計劃團隊日常或短期任務重點。管理員工及設置個人目標。培訓員工,支持個人發展,就員工招聘、績效考覈和表揚獎勵等方面提出主要意見;
- 負責單個小/中型店鋪的所有營運管理;
- 管理員工、店鋪經營和店鋪環境,以便達到銷售、服務、組織、顧客滿意度和盈利目標並且保持經營標準;
- 管理店鋪的每日收入和薪資支出;
- 管理員工、管理組或者部門經理並且負責團隊人員發展;
- 負責店鋪團隊有效溝通,獎勵和表彰好的表現;
- 與地區或者區域經理以及公司損失預防部門-起處理店內損失預防問題;
- 提供高檔消費者體驗和員工體驗,實施/執行全球和區域計劃,提升銷售業績。
要求:
- 4年大學學歷以上,有至少6~9年直接相關工作經驗,4~7年以上管理經驗;
- 能夠根據工作需要從事相應的體力工作;
- 能夠接受零售行業的靈活排班。
