- A player/coach, delineating when to execute and when oversee critical work

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
This position leads a team of 10+ talent acquisition professionals and will be accountable for cultivating a culture of collaboration through inspiration and coaching. In partnership with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will:
- Ideate, establish, and operationalize attraction and acquisition strategies to meet talent objectives that compliment Nike's Talent and HR Strategies
- Lead recruitment operations across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organization goals and strategy
- Ensure process consistency, data quality and scalability in recruiting practices
- Establish and monitor reporting and dashboards to track performance and strategic impact of recruiting activities
- Manage high-impact recruitment initiatives, including confidential searches
- Negotiate and manage relationships with internal and external strategic partners (HR Partners, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Recruiting vendors, etc.)
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Exceptional communication skills and partnership with global counterparts
- Proven ability to manage and influence key stakeholder
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
- Knowledge of current trends and advancements in the talent acquisition space
- Written and spoken fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor's degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in the relevant or a related field.
