- Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of the India market.
- Leveraging data analytics to identify trends, optimize hiring processes, and improve recruitment efficiency. Constantly seeking service efficiencies through benchmarking, proactive forecasting, process improvements and problem solving mindset.

You've got what it takes if you have...
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 7 years leading high-performing teams in a high-growth product company, ideally managing a minimum of 500+ hires annually
- A track record of successfully leading teams that support all business functions, both technical and non-technical.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate contrasting opinions backed by data and insights.
- Is proficient at market intelligence and developing analytics that can help with objective decision making. An innovative mindset, staying abreast of the latest in talent acquisition trends.
- A strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to partner effectively with other areas of the People team to enhance overall HR initiatives.
- The ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion with minimal oversight.
- A passion for fostering a positive candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (India is a must, other regions would be an advantage)
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and understanding of workforce agility trends is a plus.
