WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Director of Planning and Operations, you will oversee three critical functions:

Studio Planning & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end planning and coordination of all product and merchandising assets for studio production, ensuring everything is ready to execute on time and to Nike's high standards.

Studio Integration: Lead a team of project managers who serve as the primary client-facing liaisons, ensuring seamless communication and delivery from initial brief to final output.

Studio Digital Development & Transformation: Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies like virtual production, generative AI, and advanced workflow systems to optimize efficiency and unlock new creative possibilities.

Your key responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing operational workflows and systems that streamline project execution, from planning through delivery.

Building and leading a high-performing team across planning, account service, and digital development functions.

Overseeing resource allocation and prioritization to ensure alignment with studio and business goals.

Collaborating closely with creative, production, and post-production leaders to ensure operational excellence supports creative excellence; be the chief liaison with studio partners and stakeholders to manage expectation and deliver excellence.

Partnering with Nike's global and regional teams to stay ahead of industry trends, introduce innovative practices, and continuously evolve the studio's capabilities.

Owning the studio's technology stack and leading the adoption of new tools and platforms that enhance agility, scalability, and impact.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Senior Director of ICON.SH and collaborate with:

Studio leadership across Production, Post Production, Operations, and Business Planning.

Internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Marketplace, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance, HR, Procurement and Technology.

External partners and vendors in production, casting, and post-production.

Global counterparts within the ICON.Studios network.

WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations, production planning, or account/project management, preferably within a premium brand or agency.

Proven expertise in managing complex and multi-dimensional projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a strong attention to detail and process optimization.

Demonstrated experience in curating and integrating innovative technologies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams across multiple functions.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, production, or a related field preferred.
