DELIVERY AND CAPACITY ANALYST

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This position is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, reporting to Manager, Footwear Delivery & Capacity Management. You'll be working closely with manufacturer partners business teams across Nike sources bases, along with our cross functional teams in World Headquarters (WHQ) and Asia including Sourcing and Supply Planning, Material Supply management, Geography Inventory Planning, and Logistics team. Collaborating with external partner, you will drive Purchase Order (PO) management and support Nike's strategic project (SEC) deployment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a result-driven Delivery & Capacity Analyst with extensive experience in supply chain management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong data analysis skills. In this role, you will oversee product delivery and collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to optimize capacity and production scheduling.

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in verbal, written, and graphical communication skills in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Database query tools, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau and PowerBI.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for supply chain operations, including PO collaboration, planning master data maintenance, issue resolution for unplanned scenarios, and delivery optimization.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including offshore manufacturing facilities, to proactively identify and address supply and delivery challenges during PO execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, factories, and vendors to resolve escalated issues related to quality, production, and raw materials, also ensure minimal impact on delivery schedules.
  • Support the execution and implementation of Nike's strategic projects, ensure smooth transitions, and mitigate operational and delivery disruptions.
  • Assist in data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and operational improvements.
