WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an NA Analyst II who thrives in ambiguity, can connect dots (and people), and who appreciates a good puzzle. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn Consumer, Marketplace and functional geo interdependencies, and will be able to share learnings both with the x-functional CODE Network. We're looking for a standout teammate with proven communication skills.

  • Process management / improvement / evolution / continued integration
  • Process & deliverable communications - regular cadence of information to drive role clarity
  • Moment & calendar management, leveraging connected tools to maximize efficiency
  • Ability to navigate tools & develop templates in support of CODE moments and gates
  • Partnership with cross-functional Ops teammates and Global counterparts - ability to translate between team seamlessly
  • Service-mindset - explain and advocate for the process while also being a vehicle for input and evolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Continuous improvement mindset: Helps teams through where we are today and envisions opportunities for improvement
  • Builds trust, communicates clearly
  • Embraces & leads change
  • Drives clarity in process & role expectations
  • Planful approach, helps leaders set expectations to reduce seemingly-random asks of functional teams
  • Creative problem solving & strategic thinking
  • Cross functional stakeholder management

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The NA Analyst II, Consumer Code will be focused on many facets of Consumer x Marketplace Operations, across functions and banners - they will own the relevant functional calendar, process & communications required to drive CODE awareness and expectation clarity. This teammate will embed themselves with our NA Code Cohort, becoming a trusted resource for these teammates and an expert in their x-functional processes. They will serve as an ambassador into the overarching NA CODE process and ensure x-team visibility and representation. The purpose of this newly formed role will be to reduce confusion and provide process clarity to all levels of the team. This role will also be tasked with managing certain aspects of internal contracts and will play a facilitator role in the overarching geo launch process.
