Role Overview:

  • The SAP Commissions Specialist is accountable and responsible for implementation and maintaining SAP Commissions System
  • The SAP Commissions Specialist is responsible for Project integration of varying sizes and delivering projects within program expectations, on time through improved productivity and performance.
  • The SAP Commissions Specialist demonstrates leadership competencies by engaging with cross-functional teams to manage project delivery lifecycle, from conception, blueprint, realization to go-live and support.
  • The SAP Commissions Specialist supports large, complex projects, working with distributed teams together focusing on execution and delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for defining, planning, tracking, and managing SAP Commissions projects/Incidents successfully by identifying key resources and providing the direction to meet defined objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Business Requirements related to commissions and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise during day-to-day operations.
  • Support integrated testing strategies and co-ordinate testing efforts with end-users.
  • Ability to Customize Commission plans, rules and workflows and ensure accuracy.
  • Work with other modules (FS-CD, FP-SL) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assess the current solution processes for Group/Individual producers/brokers to identify areas of improvement, if any - propose sustainable solutions/POC's/process improvements.
  • Participate in project planning activities and manage the execution of enhancements & multiple parallel Projects
  • Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all the project deliverables.

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills:

  • At least 7 - 10 years of SAP experience with complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud)
  • Functional/Technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 7+ years of industry or consulting experience
  • Experience in writing efficient stored procedures and configuring complex payment calculations in SAP Commissions based on the requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Group, Life Insurance and Annuities industry domain knowledge is required.
  • Understanding of the sales and financial processes for Insurance organizations, the various available pricing models and Incentive compensation processes.
  • Experience in SAP Advanced Workflows, Crystal Reports in a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex responsibilities, and be effective working autonomously to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in integration with other modules such as FS-CD and FP-SL is preferred.
  • Any Certification in SAP Commission (Callidus) module is a plus
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including system configuration and user guides
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work with multiple teams / time zones.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $95,000-$162,500

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
