About the position:

Netskope is looking for a digitally savvy and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing Team. This individual will manage paid media campaign development and execution with a goal of acquiring new customers and expanding sales. As a subject matter expert, he/she/they will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as our agency partners to scale growth of this critical channel, driving paid search, paid social, display and native ads to deliver significant, qualified paid traffic. This person will help develop paid strategies, identify optimization opportunities and execute day-to-day paid media tactics.

This role will report to the Director of Web & Digital Marketing in Netskope's Corporate headquarters, with day to day management of global paid media campaigns. We are looking for someone who can become part of a global digital center of excellence, instill digital best practices, manage digital campaigns, and ensure we meet Netskope business goals. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage paid digital marketing across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, content syndication, programmatic display and video in North America and key international markets.
  • Work hand-in-hand with media agency partner and key internal stakeholders, identify new channels and markets that present an opportunity for growth; formulate a plan for success and manage the implementation of the plan while constantly testing, measuring, and optimizing.
  • Be a part of the team that creates a demand generation engine to build pipeline and generate qualified leads for our sales team
  • Deliver a steady cadence of ABM and highly targeted campaigns, based on an ideal customer profile and persona marketing
  • Be the expert that coordinates messaging, creative, content, and digital strategy to build and execute global campaigns
  • Partner with the Integrated Campaign Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to to develop and streamline marketing initiatives that support a brand to demand marketing strategy
  • Effectively measure progress towards funnel metrics, penetration of target accounts
  • Develop and manage annual paid digital marketing budget across multiple paid channels and markets to ensure optimal performance and ROAS.
  • Become a trusted subject matter expert that internal stakeholders can rely on to manage, prioritize and deliver digital marketing impact
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead of our competition
Qualifications
  • A B2B digital marketer with skills in enterprise marketing, ABM, lead generation, persona/segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Content Syndication, Programmatic Display and similar platforms
  • 4+ years of experience in an enterprise digital marketing environment or similar
  • Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data driven with a growth-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that provide the necessary context, analysis, and recommendations to drive action and accountability from local and international teams
  • Experience in reporting on digital marketing performance and communicating insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results


Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar preferred.
