Responsibility
- Plan and execute all Digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, social media, display advertising campaign and on-site media.
- Design, Build and maintain our social media presence and leverage all digital asset with Marketing team.
- Measure on report Performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asset against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify Trend and insight and optimize spend and Performance.
- Collaborate with Internal team for Creative, Content and Optimize customer journey.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate media performance and end to end marketing funnel across multiple Channel/Country and customer touch point.
- Collaborate with Agencies and Platform partner (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Actively share the results and learnings of each shopper marketing program and effectively develop and deploy "Best Practice" tools and manual to ensure the execution and compliance.
- Proactively feedback latest and critical e-customers' comments for uplifting service quality and shopping experience.

Qualifications
Qualification
- At least 3-4 years of experience managing Digital media for business/ ecommerce Business.
- Hands on experience with social media advertising Platform, Campaign planning, analysis, and Optimization
- Experience on Barter bidding with ecommerce Platform (Preferred)
- Proficiency with Web analytic platform
- Strong knowledge of current digital media trends, Strategies, and techniques
- Proficiency in digital media KPIs tracking and online analytic is a must.
- Experience in Both digital creative development and digital marketing across multiple channel and Platform
- Ability to understand, propose and refine customer segmentation strategies.
- Work under pressure and timeline. Understand ecommerce circumstance.
