Job Summary
As a Worldwide Sales Operations Manager, you play a key role in the Worldwide Sales Operations team supporting the executive team. You will apply your strategic planning, financial acumen, creative thinking, and deep analytics skills to deliver on key projects for Sales Leadership including weekly, monthly & quarterly business performance analytics, forecast analysis, etc. You will partner with many cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, and operations. This is a high impact role, with quickly changing priorities and demands.
Key Responsibilities

• Gain Alignment with stakeholders across the company
• Drive operationalization and adoption of KPI's

• Adapt and iterate KPIs as business conditions change
• Partner with the data analytics teams to build monthly and quarterly business review decks that incorporate KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales and data analytics team on the development dashboards to track KPIs
• Ad hoc analysis as needed
Job Requirements

• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote business partners
• Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, particularly when tasks are unstructured and can multi-task and prioritize work
• Someone who is self-motivated and drives end-to-end results
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, Tableau experience a plus
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in a sales or sales strategy/business operations or sales finance role
• Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling
• Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
• Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes
• Bachelor/Masters degree in Economics, Analytics, Business studies, Business Administration or related subjects
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $137,000-$168,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
