Job Summary
The APAC Partner Manager, Distribution role at NetApp is critical in building financial models, go-to-market strategies, and leading key internal and external relationships and business rhythm to support our key global Distribution partnerships. This position will support the strategic direction, programs and analytics for our key distribution partnerships team as well as learn and build a competency to lead the strategic direction of our distribution business for the longer term. The successful candidate will possess deep and broad partner experience in building strategies, developing complex partner programs, building data and analytics models, and ability to develop partner sales and leadership experience, executive presence, and an in-depth understanding of the processes, systems, and tools necessary to drive growth through a "distribution partner-focused" strategy. They will lead efforts to build data models and strategy to drive engagement through partners, enabling joint sales and joint business planning and developing unique go-to-market solutions to help solve our mutual partners' biggest challenges. The APAC partner manager will work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including executives, and colleagues to ensure a consistent and unified vision and engagement for execution with our partners across APAC

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for the APAC Partner Manager, Distribution role will have the following qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with a demonstrable ability in sales, partner sales, and/or partner ecosystems with large cross-functional teams at scale. Prior experience of managing Distributors across APAC.
- Demonstrated experience building data and analytics models leveraging KPI data and analytics tools
- Experience designing strategy and complex programs, including experience in Distribution and SMB partner ecosystems
- Broad experience in a matrixed leadership environment
- Ability to handle strategic partner escalations and be the face of the sales organization when challenges arise
- Strong executive acumen and consultative sales skills to help develop, nurture, and accelerate partner growth
- Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships across all functions
- Strong personal drive for delivering industry-leading partner experience and thriving in a fast-paced, high energy environment with a proactive focus
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel 40-50% + Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as needed
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required.
