AI Marketing Intern

Job Summary

The AI Marketing Intern will assist the Office of the OCIO in creating, editing, and optimizing visual and multimedia content to support our branding and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong interest in marketing and proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Premier Rush, After Effects and Photoshop. An understanding of branding and branding guidelines is essential.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Video Editing: Use Adobe Premiere Pro and Rush to edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional and informational purposes.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe InDesign to create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Branding Support: Ensure all content adheres to the company's branding guidelines and helps maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with the OCIO team to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and execute projects.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights and assist in the analysis of campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Rush, and InDesign.

Experience
