Overview
Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a large department or for a complete business unit. Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May direct workflow activities.

- Provide Support for the OMBP Marketing team within specific guidelines on specific projects
- Perform key functions support the operation of overseas branches, phone associates and customer experience
- Measure analyze and present date to senior management
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) & Adobe Suite products.
- Strong and articulate communicator, both orally and written.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills, efficient at managing time effectively with minimal to no supervision.
- Ability to manage small project initiatives, prioritize multiple tasks, and initiatives.
- Ability to lead conference calls/meetings.
- Ability to work with external business partners across different time zones.
- Strategic thinker, ability to listen and determine if something is of importance for the global retail team's awareness.
- Be adaptable and flexible to immediate changes, anticipate change.
- Detail oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Community Bank experience preferred/3-5 years of professional experience.
- Familiar with the Overseas Military Banking Program systems/applications (Encore, OnBase, Business Central, etc.) and operations.
- Experience in M365 applications.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
