Our Revenue Operations organisation is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who is driven by a sense of "team success"! Your ability to interface with a variety of personalities will place you in excellent position as you assist in supporting our global sales team. The expected working hours for this role will be 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with, and provide support for, our team of US and global Account Executives to increase productivity and effectiveness through better usage of Salesforce.com
  • Validate and accurately approve quotes in alignment to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor status of deal review to ensure timely acceptance, and proactively communicate with Account Executives regarding delays or issues that may arise
  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to facilitate and aid in the deal process
  • Support ad hoc projects and duties which may, from time to time, be assigned to you by your manager

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years relevant experience with an interest in working within a sales and sales operations environment in an administrative capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Excel and Word; knowledge of any CPQ is a plus
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and coordinate with management based in the US
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • An openness to change and willingness to take informed risks
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies attention to detail, collaboration and administrative sales support
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

Our side of the deal:

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.
  • The starting pay for this role is 940,000 INR and night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
  • Pay progression based on your performance.
