The Employer Brand Program Specialist will be a key member of the Talent team, playing a key role in bringing our employer brand to life. By showcasing Navan’s unique culture, opportunities, and people, you’ll help position the company as an employer of choice. In this role, you will lead initiatives to increase employer brand awareness, engage target talent audiences, and ultimately influence high-quality hires to support our global hiring goals. You will collaborate closely with the global Talent team, Marketing/PR/Social, and other key cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to amplify Navan’s employer brand across multiple channels and platforms. 
  • Create compelling content, including talent-focused articles, culture/tech blogs, talent attraction videos, and photography to highlight Navan’s unique differentiators.
  • Manage talent PR initiatives, including talent-focused industry lists and articles, and workplace accolades.
  • Drive engagement on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to ensure Navan’s employer brand remains active and resonates with our target audience. 
  • Run recruitment marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, increase engagement, and convert quality hires through initiatives like LinkedIn ad campaigns, talent events, webinars, and other creative strategies.
  • Oversee and enhance the global careers site and associated talent web pages to ensure they effectively represent Navan’s employer brand and attract top talent. 
  • Manage third-party talent vendors including LinkedIn, Built In, Glassdoor, Indeed, EveryoneSocial, and others, as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and promote global employee advocacy initiatives to drive social engagement among employees and amplify Navan’s reach.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including talent, HR, marketing, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment of talent attraction initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Manage talent programs such as the employee referral program and boomerang alumni program to support hiring goals.
  • Create and distribute recruiter assets to enable the team to effectively sell Navan, address objections, and deliver compelling pitches.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent attraction initiatives and track progress over time. This includes reporting key metrics to business leaders, conducting quarterly business reviews, and maintaining weekly project updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in content creation, including drafting compelling blog posts, coordinating and managing video and photo shoots, and driving engagement through strategic social media initiatives.
  • Experience in creating, launching, and managing successful LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive quality hires, along with strong skills in analyzing and effectively reporting success metrics to stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative employer brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse talent audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience with tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and employee advocacy platforms like EveryoneSocial.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
