Basic purpose
The RIA/Family Office Hybrid/Senior Relationship Manager role in the Wealth Strategies Group is responsible for retaining and growing NET AUM in a specific segment of their territory by enhancing existing relationships and developing new client relationships. He/She will control the client experience for WSG related products in their territory, working with an internal sales partner, their Wealth Strategy Specialist partner, WMS counterparts, Marketing and internal resources to ensure a high level prospect and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
- Focus is the RIA/Family Office segment of the market.
- Be able to master complex strategies and present them to a range of audience types.
- Coordinate delivery of high-level service to existing clients.
- Continually aim to increase net AUM of all WSG/RIA products including, but not limited to: Parametric SMAs, EV Exchange Funds, EV US Charitable Gifts, EV US Legacy Income Trust
- Work with WMS team to develop new clients, travel to meet prospects and clients in person.
- Develop relationships with executives at target firms.
- Lead internal team (WSG Assoc. Specialist) on sales objectives, target clients and current situations with existing relationships in territory.
- Negotiate fees to insure profitability of products.
- Evaluate current product lineup with advisors and match needs with WSG/RIA offerings.
- Know the status of all current and potential relationships in their territory and update activities and interest in CRM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; CFA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience, sales experience preferred.
- FINRA Series 7, 6 and 63 required.
- Experience with the RIA market, separate accounts, Direct Indexing, Exchange Funds, UMAs, tax-efficient products a plus.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to service and prospect clients as needed.

Salary range for the position: $100,000-$110,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
