Morgan Stanley's Human Capital Management (HCM) Department provides a full end to end suite of HCM services to all business units within the organization. The HCM Department is undergoing an exciting period of change. Work is underway to future proof the workforce, modernize our employee experience, transform our existing processes and systems, and build the talent to win. The department is looking for an experienced Change Manager to manage the Division's strategic narrative across the lifecycle of the project portfolio, including through adoption and sustainability. This role will be part of the HCM COO Team, which is responsible for centralized oversight and delivery of all change management activities for large scale divisional projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
-Provide change management support on global initiatives which aim to transform the work of the HCM department
-Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to be able to make strategic recommendations about change approach, inclusive of engagement activities, communications, training and go-live support
-Support Project Leads distill complex information into digestible and meaningful content for use in a wide variety of forums, including the creation of related executive talking-points and PowerPoint presentations
-Prepare and support the Change Management Lead meetings to both internal (HCM) and client (business unit and divisional) forums to various stakeholders
-Support team members and change champions across multiple teams/locations.
-Ensure consistent change management approach is used across the regional projects, then tailor for the needs of the individual project
-Lead administrative organization including meeting scheduling, forum planning and workshops -Experienced change management and project management skills
-University degree and/or 8+ years Change Management or Project Management experience
-Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills
-Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels
-Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
-Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
-Strong business writing skills
-Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
-Overall experience in hands-on change management
-MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential
