We're seeking someone to join our team as a Voice L3 Operations Engineer in Enterprise Tech & Services.

What you'll do in the role:
- Support global voice infrastructure, including Incident, problem, and change management.
- Level 3 troubleshooting, analysis, and remediation.
- Support L1 and L2 teams for incident escalations.
- Communicate with business units during projects and incidents.
- Operational acceptance of new deployments and create technical documentation for as built environment.
- Tracking work activity in Service Now ticketing system.
- Participate in Vendor management and governance process.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Demonstrable expertise in Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) 12.x and beyond including IP-endpoints, Cisco Jabber, and Jabber Mobile.
- Extensive knowledge of voice, packetized voice and related protocols (SIP, MGCP, ISDN), session management and call routing, Cisco UCCX
- 5 years of experience in working with enterprise base voice and data
- Cisco CCNP Collaboration level knowledge (certification is not a must)
- Willingness to work on Saturday (if it's rarely needed
- On-call support every 4th or 5th week
- Work in a team
- Skills desired: Oracle ACME SBC, IPC Unigy Trader Voice System, Avaya Aura Communication Manager 8.x and higher, Avaya Media Gateways - G700, G350, G450, Avaya System Administrator, Avaya One X Communicator, Avaya System and Session Manager, Avaya Meeting Exchange/Bridgetalk, Service Now
