Position: Marketing Operations Vice President

Position Overview:
We are looking for a career-minded professional with a global perspective to join the Mumbai based Integrated Marketing Services team as a Snr Associate / Vice President. The role specifically supports the Head of Data and Automation and Head of Production within MSIM Marketing. The primary responsibility of this role will be to work with firm systems, databases, and resources to source quantitative and qualitative data to support the update and ongoing maintenance of various marketing collaterals and websites. The role will also assist in identifying/executing new and impactful ways to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the marketing reporting platform and provide tactical support for strategic, data, website, and integration projects, as needed.

The successful candidate will have experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry and know how to navigate within a fast paced, collaborative, globally dispersed team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly data driven deliverables
- Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely execution of key data, systems, and automation related projects
- Collaborate across teams, both internal and external, to support the launch of new products and the execution of product action across our global websites
- Manage a small team of individuals involved with Digital Operations responsibilities such as reviewing data flows to the websites, digital properties etc. and also manage automation initiatives, involving creation of data flow structures, data mapping and partnering with Technology to drive automation.
- IMPORTANT: The role is a combination of individual contributor, people management responsibilities and overall functional responsibilities.
- Contribute to ongoing data quality and efficiency improvements
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-past environment while maintaining the highest level of quality
- Work closely with the Head of Data and Automation on strategic projects.
- Ability to create and cascade meaningful status updates on regular BAU tasks and strategic projects within and across teams
- Provide back up to other team members
Key Skills
- Strong attention to detail with solid critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outstanding work product under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and influence working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across functional areas within a financial institution
- Strong Project management and communication skills
- Ability to influence change and think strategically
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a globally dispersed Marketing Operations team
- Working knowledge of the investment management industry and AEM reporting platform a plus
Position Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 8-10 years of industry related experience
- Ability to navigate confidently and effectively within and across multiple functional areas
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exposure to AEM, Seismic, JIRA, Red Oak, and Teams a plus
