UiPath Product Owner - Operations Transformation, Vice President - Change, Analytics & Strategy
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President - UiPath Product Owner as part of Firmwide Operations Transformation team. Growth in business volumes and process complexity has led to increased manual processing and a need to coordinate tasks more efficiently across teams. As a result, this role in Operations would lead & manage a multi-year journey to standardize and automate workflow at scale.
The Operations Transformation team is a global group responsible for driving the central automation strategy for Operations. This is an exciting space to be, working with key stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Business & firmwide stakeholders to deliver strategic transformation initiatives for all business areas (ISG, Wealth & Investment Management) and their respective Operations groups.

What you'll do in the role:
As a team member supporting Professional Development (pro-dev) initiatives within Operations, main responsibilities will revolve around delivering UiPath solutions.
- Evaluate initiatives to determine requirements and tech feasibility by facilitating discovery calls with
- Operations teams and our technology partners.
- Manage initiatives to ensure all project features are planned out in advance and milestones are agreed upon
- and achievable.
- Oversee multiple initiatives, partnering with Operations and Technology to identify and monitor potential
- program risks and effectively and efficiently deliver UiPath solutions to production.
- Develop and deliver presentations, workshops to educate our teams about UiPath, as well as inform on the
- best practices for leveraging the technology.
- Lead the product life cycle through planning, execution, and delivery.
- Own the product backlogs, prioritization, sequencing and apply the agile framework.
- Define business outcomes & KPIs against the business values delivered; communicate progress and escalate
- issues.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire the product team.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and partners.
What you bring to this role
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle and experience with delivering technology
products, projects, or technology applications to improve end-users' processes.
- Strong analytical skills and business orientation
- Experience in delivering solutions using UiPath or similar tools on RPA.
- Strong presentation/training/coaching skills, with the ability to facilitate in-depth process discovery,
- optimization, and idea generation sessions.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Strong proficiency with Project Management Tools such as Jira and MS Office 365 is expected
- The ideal candidate will absorb information quickly, work collaboratively with a global team, and enable the Transformation goals for Global Operations.
- This is a Vice President role, with people management responsibilities, located in Mumbai.
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience to perform this role.
